MONEL 400 Welding Wire
MONEL 400 welding wire is primarily used for TIG welding, MIG welding, and submerged arc welding methods to weld MONEL 400, R404 alloy, and K-500 alloy. It can also be used for overlay welding of steel surfaces using MIG welding and submerged arc welding methods. Under specific MIG welding conditions, it is recommended to use NICKLE 61 nickel welding wire covering. When using MONEL 60 welding wire for submerged arc welding, INCOFLUX5 flux is required. The weld metal formed by MONEL 60 welding wire exhibits similar properties to MONEL 400 alloy - high strength and strong corrosion resistance in various media, including seawater, salts, and reducing acids. However, when welding MONEL K-500 alloy with this welding rod, the weld metal cannot undergo age hardening like the base metal, resulting in lower strength.

MONEL 190/ENiCu-7 Welding Rod
MONEL 190 welding rod can be used for manual arc welding of MONEL 400, R-405, and K-500 alloys, and can also be used for overlay welding of steel surfaces. This metal can resist corrosion from seawater, salts, and reducing acids. The weld metal formed by this welding rod meets stringent X-ray examination requirements. It is worth noting that although excellent joints can be produced when welding MONEL K-500 alloy with this welding rod, the weld metal cannot undergo age hardening like the base metal, resulting in relatively lower strength. MONEL 190 welding rod has a wide range of applications and can be used for welding dissimilar materials, such as MONEL nickel-copper alloys with carbon steel, low-alloy steel, copper, and copper-nickel alloys.
