Plate Heat Exchangers – The First Industry Where Ruisen Fully Equipped with a Complete Range of Specialty Alloys

For over two decades, Ruisen has been dedicated to helping equipment manufacturers tackle the challenge of material selection in harsh, corrosion-prone environments.

We closely monitor market demands, listen to feedback from heat exchanger manufacturers, and analyze evolving technologies. From importing titanium plates from Japan to introducing super austenitic stainless steels like S31254 and 904L, and then Hastelloy C-276, every advancement has stemmed from precisely identifying “unmet needs.”

In this journey, the more complex the corrosive environment, the more we must break away from conventional material thinking—this led to the birth of our “differentiated” business philosophy. Ruisen has successively introduced rare-in-stock materials like Hastelloy C-2000, BC-1, and Alloy 59, addressing the "specialty alloy anxiety" faced by end-users dealing with unique conditions—such as difficulty sourcing materials, excessively high prices, and long lead times.

Based on this, Ruisen implements a “minimum order of one piece + 72-hour fast delivery” policy to break the industry bottlenecks of “special conditions = long lead times” and “small batches = high costs.”

  • C-2000 Alloy: Offers outstanding corrosion resistance, especially in complex environments containing multiple corrosive media.

  • BC-1 Alloy: A nickel-based alloy with high strength, good toughness, and excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation. It is commonly used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive conditions.

  • Alloy 59: Typically refers to a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.
