Celebrating Achievement, Growth, and the Next Generation

July brought wonderful news to the Ruisen family.

Five children of our employees who participated in China’s national high school and college entrance examinations were admitted to the schools of their choice. Among them, three earned admission to top provincial high schools.

For every family, these achievements represent far more than a result on a score sheet. They are the reward for years of hard work and perseverance, as well as a reflection of the love, encouragement, and support that families provide along the way.

The journey of education is never easy. Behind every successful result are countless early mornings, late nights, difficult challenges, and moments when perseverance mattered most.

We believe that a child’s growth is shaped not only by the classroom, but also by the family that stands behind them.

When parents approach their work with dedication, take responsibility for their lives, and face challenges with determination, their children learn from that example every day. A warm and supportive family gives young people the confidence and strength to face the road ahead. Through their parents, they learn the values of perseverance, responsibility, and commitment.

A Glimpse into Where Their Parents Work

Ruisen invited the students to visit our new factory, which is currently under construction. There, they saw more than steel, equipment, and production lines. They saw the place where their parents are helping to build the future.

The new facility is gradually taking shape, with new equipment, more intelligent production lines, and expanded capabilities. Behind every part of this development are the hard work, dedication, and aspirations of the Ruisen team.

For these young students, the visit offered an opportunity to see where their parents spend their working days and to better understand the meaning behind their parents’ dedication.

From Growth to Legacy

Building a new factory from a blueprint into reality requires time, patience, commitment, and continuous effort. Personal growth is much the same.

An entrance examination may mark the end of one important chapter, but it is also the beginning of another. For these young people, new schools, new challenges, and a much larger world now await them.
