Faced with a customer’s request to process plates with dimensions of 1.0mm*600mm*8000mm the production team encountered a significant challenge—the plate length exceeded the capacity of the equipment’s finished product support rack. This constraint posed considerable difficulties for production. Upon receiving the task, the production team swiftly activated their problem-solving mechanism.

Throughout every stage of the processing workflow, they actively explored possible solutions. A newly hired employee suggested propping up the overhanging portion of the plate behind the support rack, a proposal that received unanimous praise from experienced workers. This approach ensured that the plate remained level with the support rack during the shearing process, greatly enhancing the accuracy of the finished dimensions. However, this was only part of the challenge.

Due to the excessive length of the plates, traditional lifting methods were not feasible. To address this, the team resorted to manual transportation—carrying each finished plate from the processing area to the packaging zone. Although this method was labor-intensive and inefficient, the production team demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication. Time and again, they carried the heavy plates across the facility, ensuring each piece was carefully transported and properly wrapped in protective paper.

Throughout the entire process, the production team not only overcame equipment limitations but also exhibited exceptional teamwork and an indomitable spirit. Their perseverance and problem-solving mindset earned the trust and respect of the customer, laying a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth and success.
